About our private yoga and yoga weekend retreat

Find the Balance Between Your Success and Your Joy

Meghan is a certified yoga teacher, whose training is rooted in the classical Ashtanga tradition, sometimes called the “original power yoga.”  


Also certified in Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga, Meghan offers her students a range of styles and techniques to help meet their goals.  

With two decades of experience integrating yoga into a busy modern life, Meghan guides her students in the importance of prioritizing their wellness, seeking abundance, and connecting to their true selves.


As a practicing attorney, a mom of young kids, and a spiritual seeker, Meghan brings a unique perspective to this work.  After attending the University of Notre Dame and the University of Michigan Law School, Meghan spent over a decade in the highly competitive “big law” world.  She brings her love of learning to her yogic and meditation practices and to her students.  These life experiences fuel her joy in connecting with high-achieving clients looking for greater balance and wellness.  Meghan loves to speak to other lawyers about the benefits of meditation in both their personal lives and effectiveness in their careers.


Meghan believes in the transformative power of retreat, and seeks to create accessible spaces to step outside of our daily routines through her weekend retreat offerings.
