Rooted in the classical Ashtanga tradition (often called the “original power yoga”) and additionally certified in Restorative and Yin Yoga, Meghan offers a full spectrum of practice—from strong, precise, athletic flow to deeply replenishing stillness and sound‑supported rest. With nearly two decades of weaving yoga and meditation into a demanding career and family life, she shows people that nervous‑system care is not a luxury, it’s a strategy.
After attending the University of Notre Dame and the University of Michigan Law School, Meghan has spent her entire career in criminal defense, including years in the high‑pressure BigLaw environment at Latham & Watkins before moving in‑house. She knows deadlines, billable hours, and high‑stakes decisions from the inside. That experience shapes the way she teaches and speaks: clear, practical, evidence‑informed, and deeply respectful of how full people’s lives already are.
As a lawyer, a mom, and a spiritual seeker who also identifies as part of the LGBTQ+ community, Meghan understands what it means to live in multiple worlds—and to want all of those worlds to feel a little more humane. In her talks and workshops on meditation, sound healing, and nervous system resilience, she translates these practices into accessible, judgment‑free tools for lawyers, executives, and other professionals who are ready to perform at a high level without burning out.
